1. Electronic record & acceptance
1.1 This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules made thereunder, and does not require physical or digital signatures.
1.2By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform (https://www.stuquiz.com/), its mobile site, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.
1.3These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform Owner ("we", "us", "our"). You accept responsibility for ensuring all information you provide on registration and thereafter is true, accurate and complete.
2. Definitions
- Platform - the website, mobile site and mobile application operated by the Platform Owner.
- User / You - any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
- Premium Member - a User who has purchased a paid subscription or otherwise qualified for Premium access.
- Quizzes - interactive question-and-answer games on the Platform which may award coins, points, or prizes.
- Flash Deals / Drops - time-limited product-purchase events (including Sunday midnight Flash Deals and weekly drops).
- Coins - platform credit or points earned through gameplay, which may be redeemed for rewards under these Terms.
- Lucky Spin / Spin Wheel - premium gamified reward mechanism governed by the Spin Terms below.
- Scholarship - monetary or educational award offered through Platform promotions or quiz outcomes, subject to additional verification.
3. Eligibility & age restrictions
3.1 The Platform is intended for Users who can form legally binding contracts. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use any paid or financial features. The Platform may require identity verification and/or parental consent for such Users.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or restrict access if eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Account, security & payments
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.2 Payments for subscriptions, Flash Deals, weekly drops, spins, or prize claims must be made through the payment methods listed on the Platform.
4.3 We are not liable for payment failures caused by third-party payment processors, networks, banks, or internet connection issues.
4.4For time-sensitive events (e.g. Sunday midnight Flash Deals where the first successful payer wins), the Platform's server time (Indian Standard Time - IST) is authoritative. Network latency, clock skew, or local device time do not create any entitlement.
4.5You must not use another User's account, payment instrument, or identity. Attempted or successful circumvention, fraud, or multi-accounting will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of rewards, and possible civil/criminal referral.
5. Quizzes, Coins & Rewards
5.1 Quizzes may award coins, points, ranks, or direct prizes. Coins are platform credit and are not legal tender, not convertible to cash, and non-transferable except as expressly permitted.
5.2 Coins may be redeemed for prizes shown on the Platform, subject to availability, verification and these Terms.
5.3 Coin balances may expire, be adjusted, or be voided if earned or credited in error or if you violate these Terms.
5.4 Scholarships won via Quizzes or promotions are subject to additional verification, documentary proof, and Platform approval.
5.5 We may require winners of high-value prizes or scholarships to complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification before any prize is dispatched.
6. Flash Deals & weekly drops
6.1 Flash Deals (including Sunday midnight events) and weekly drops are special product events with a limited quantity of products at heavily discounted prices (e.g. ₹9–₹21). These events follow these rules:
- First-to-Pay: the product is awarded to the first User whose payment is successfully received and settled by the Platform at or after the scheduled event start time. The Platform's server timestamp is final.
- Limited quantity: products are strictly limited; an item is sold only when the Platform confirms a successful, settled payment and issues an order confirmation.
- Payment & settlement: failed or pending transactions do not reserve or guarantee the product.
- No liability for external delays: we are not liable for internet latency, payment-processor delays, or banking holds that prevent a successful purchase.
- One purchase per User: unless otherwise stated, each eligible User is limited to one unit per event. Abusive purchase patterns or multiple accounts are considered fraudulent.
- Cancellation & refunds: orders cancelled for fraud, verification failure, or unavailability are handled per our Refund Policy.
- Delivery & costs: shipping charges, taxes, import duties (if any), and other fees are the User's responsibility unless explicitly stated.
6.2 The Platform reserves the right to modify event mechanics, postpone or cancel events, and refuse or revoke an award for suspected fraud, technical errors, or legal reasons.
7. Premium Lucky Spin (Spin Wheel)
7.1 Eligibility: Lucky Spin is available only to Premium members unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Spin cost & limit: Each spin costs ₹13, and Users may perform a maximum of two (2) spins per day unless otherwise permitted.
7.3 Randomised rewards: Outcomes are system-generated and probability-based. High-value rewards are limited in quantity and frequency.
7.4 Fulfilment: Winning does not guarantee immediate fulfilment. Physical rewards require verification, and fulfilment follows the Platform's shipping and delivery policies.
7.5 Scholarship clause: Scholarships awarded via Lucky Spin are non-transferable and subject to additional verification and Platform approval.
7.6 Modifications & suspension: The Platform may change, pause, or discontinue Lucky Spin at any time without prior notice.
7.7 Fraud & manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the Spin system (bots, multiple accounts, VPN/device spoofing, or tampering) will result in suspension, forfeiture of rewards, and legal action.
7.8 Final decisions: Decisions made by the Platform's system regarding the Spin are final and binding.
8. Promotions, offers, taxes & compliance
8.1 Offers, promotions, and prize descriptions on the Platform form part of these Terms only where expressly stated.
8.2 Winners are responsible for paying any taxes or statutory deductions arising from prizes, scholarships, or purchases. The Platform may withhold prize fulfilment until any required tax forms or payments are completed.
8.3 Users are responsible for complying with any local laws regarding participation in paid games, lotteries, contests, or sweepstakes.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 All content, software, designs, marks, and materials on the Platform are proprietary to the Platform Owner or its licensors.
9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform except as expressly permitted.
10. Prohibited conduct
10.1 You agree not to:
- Use the Platform to commit fraud, cheat, or misrepresent identity or results;
- Create multiple accounts to gain an advantage or circumvent restrictions;
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform (including reverse engineering, scanning, hacking, or using bots);
- Solicit, harass or harm other Users; or
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.
10.2 Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of prizes, and referral to law enforcement.
11. Indemnity & limitation of liability
11.1 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Platform Owner from claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.
11.2 Limitation of liability:To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Platform Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
12. Suspension, termination & forfeiture
12.1 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal obligations, or other business reasons.
12.2 On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any coins, unclaimed prizes, or pending rewards may be forfeited.
13. Modifications
13.1 We may change these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13.2 We may modify or discontinue features (Flash Deals, weekly drops, Quizzes, Lucky Spin) without prior notice.
14. Dispute resolution & governing law
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
14.2Before initiating legal proceedings, parties should attempt to resolve disputes through the Platform's support channels.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
15.2 Entire agreement: These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and other policies) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform Owner.
